Ground floor: Lounge with woodburning stove and smart TV, twin bedroom with ensuite shower room,  huge kitchen-diner with woodburing stove in dining area. Kitchen has dishwasher, range cooker, fridge freezer, seperate fridge and washer dryer. Shared bathroom with freestanding bath. 

First floor: kingsized bedroom with ensuite shower room and smart TV.

Second floor: kingsized bedroom with ensuite shower room and smart TV, double bedroom with smart TV, family shower room, single bedroom.

Third floor: double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Top floor: super king room (can be twin beds on request), twin room, snug with games console and smart TV, cloakroom.

Outside: Large enclosed lawn with trampoline, outdoor seating, large charcoal BBQ, outdoor table tennis table and solid 6 seater hot tub. Off-street parking for 4 cars, on-street parking permits available for extra cars. Please park responsibly.

Three well-behaved dogs are welcome (sorry no puppies). Bed linen and towels for use inside the property are included. The property benefits from full fibre broadband with Wi-Fi throughout the property.  Please note we request that guests keep the noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 8am and that the outdoor area is not used between these times to respect our neighbours.
