Do you accept pets?

Yes we are happy for you to bring up to 3 dogs free of charge. Dogs are allowed on the groud floor of the property and in the large secure garden only. If you have more pets than this please contact us to discuss your requirements. 

What are the check in and departure times?

Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am (excluding breaks with a Sunday departure where the check out time is by 4pm). If you would like an early check in please contact us one week prior to the start of your holiday and we can let you know whether or not we are able to accommodate this.

How many cars can park at the property?

The driveway has space for 4 cars. We can provide on street parking permits for any extra vehicles.

Do you provide towels?

We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per person. Please bring your own towels for after using the hot tub or for taking to the beach.

Do you have a point for charging electric cars?

We don't have an electric car charging point but there are several options within a few minutes walk of the property. 

What outdoor facilites do you have?

We have a 6 seater hot tub, table tennis table, trampoline, BBQ (please bring your own coal) and outdoor seating for 15 people. 

Do you decorate the house for Christmas?

Yes, we provide two artificial trees with lights and decorations (one in the dining room and one in the lounge). 

Do you supply a cot and high chair?

We have a travel cot and high chair at the property. Please bring your own cot bedding.

How much is the deposit and when do I have to pay the full amount?

The deposit is 40% of the total amount for your stay. The remainder is due 60 days prior to the start of your holiday and will be take automatically from the card used to pay the deposit. 

Do you have a damages deposit?

Fortunately we very rarely need to ask guests to pay for damages and we don't charge for the odd broken cup or glass. In case of more serious damage the card you book with will be preauthorized for damages up to £120. If there is any damage we will contact you to discuss this prior to any charges.
